Luanda Pau and the legendary Maestro Domingo Pau meticulously select our extraordinary team of teachers, musicians, and assistants. Their choices are based on a profound dedication to Afro-Cuban culture and extensive professional experience. Our artists hail from prestigious Havana institutions such as Conjunto Folklórico Nacional de Cuba, Academia de Danza Carlos Acosta, Cabaret Tropicana de Cuba, ENA, and Teatro América. Many bring over 50 years of professional expertise, while others are at the pinnacle of their careers in Afro-Cuban dance and music.
Our classes are entirely focused on your individual growth and enjoyment. We’re dedicated to helping you improve in every component that makes Afro-Cuban culture a true art form: singing, musicality, and dance. All within a safe, pleasant, and welcoming environment.
Our masters, teachers, and assistants have dedicated their lives to learning, practicing, and teaching. They are deeply passionate about sharing and developing this vibrant culture. Here, it’s about your personal journey. We foster a supportive atmosphere where you can realize your current level and understand exactly what’s needed for your next steps in progression. You’ll move at your own pace, without competition, purely for your own growth and enjoyment. It’s about uncovering your inner dancer, having fun, and making new friends in the process.
